AI Assembly Language

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 23, 2026.

This site, aiassemblylanguage.com, is the home of the book AI Assembly Language by Viktor Grant. It is operated by Pentacle Property Group LLC ("we", "us" or "our"). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions about this policy or our practices, contact us at support@earthgrid.com.

If there is anything in this policy that you do not agree with, please do not use the forms on this site.

1. What information do we collect?

In short: only what you type into the Connect form or the three questions, plus what any web server needs to run.

When you use the Connect form or the three questions, we collect your name, your phone number, your email address if you give one, your answers, and any message you write.

Like any web server, ours keeps a short technical record of each request, such as the page asked for, the time, and your browser type. To stop abuse of the forms, the site counts how often an address sends them. It stores that count against a scrambled code made from your IP address, not against the address itself.

This site does not use analytics, advertising, social media logins, tracking pixels or payment forms.

2. How do we use your information?

We use what you send for one purpose: to read it and decide whether to contact you about the book. That might be about learning the method, building with AI, a panel, mastermind or keynote, an interview or review, or working together. Your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, is the basis for this.

We do not add you to a mailing list because you used a form, and we do not use your information for advertising.

3. Will your information be shared with anyone?

In short: no, except where the law requires it.

What you send is read by the author, Viktor Grant. It is stored on our own server, which is run for us by a hosting provider in the United States. We do not sell, rent, trade or share your information with anyone else for their own use.

We may disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a court order or a subpoena, or where it is necessary to investigate fraud or a threat to the safety of any person.

4. Do we use cookies?

Ordinary visitors get no cookies from this site. The only cookies it sets are for the author himself: one keeps him signed in to his private page of answers, and one lets him preview the site before it is published. Neither is used to track anyone.

5. Is your information transferred internationally?

Our server is in the United States. If you use this site from outside the United States, what you send is transferred to and stored in the United States.

6. Third-party websites

This site links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we link to. Please read their policies before you share anything with them.

7. How long do we keep your information?

We keep what you send for as long as we need it to follow up with you about the book, and no longer than that unless the law requires it. When we no longer need it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it at any time (see section 10).

8. How do we keep your information safe?

The forms send what you type over an encrypted connection. Your answers are stored outside the public part of the server, and the author's page of answers is protected by a password. No system on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee it, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what you send.

9. Do we collect information from minors?

This site is for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you become aware that someone under 18 has sent us their details, contact us at support@earthgrid.com and we will delete them.

10. What are your privacy rights?

You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, and you can withdraw your consent. Write to support@earthgrid.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If you live in the European Economic Area, you also have rights under data protection law: access, correction, erasure, restriction, data portability, and the right to object. You have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 lets you ask once a year whether we shared your personal information with third parties for their direct marketing. We do not share it for that purpose.

11. Data breach

If we become aware of a security breach that has resulted, or may result, in unauthorized access to your personal information, we will investigate promptly. We will notify you if we believe you are likely to be at risk of serious harm. Where the law requires it, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach.

12. Do-Not-Track signals

No uniform standard for Do-Not-Track signals has been adopted, so this site does not respond to them. It does not track you across other websites either.

13. Updates to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will show a new date at the top and takes effect as soon as it is posted here.

14. How can you contact us about this policy?
